Karsten Duch Lynggaard

Karsten focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, IPR, IT and telecom law. His working area covers foreign based companies as well as domestic companies.
Karsten teaches in commercial law at Copenhagen Business School and is a former external associate lecturer at Aalborg University, Denmark. Karsten has studied law at Aarhus University and Nordisk Institutt for Sjørett, Oslo, Norway.
Karsten has working experience from the law firm Dahl, the law firm Kromann Reuter and from legal affairs in the Danish telecom operator, TDC A/S.
